The billing component for monthly fuel costs is a direct pass-through to the customer, with no added mark up by CUC, per kilowatt-hour of electricity consumption of the actual expenses to CUC for the cost of diesel fuel and lubricating oil used in the generation of electricity. Fuel costs are passed-though on a two-month lag basis and reviewed by the Regulator.
