The Customer Share Purchase Plan (CSPP) was launched in January 1995 and provides an opportunity for active CUC customers resident in Grand Cayman to invest in CUC. Quarterly dividends on the Class A Shares under the CSPP are automatically reinvested to purchase additional Class A Ordinary Shares for the participant’s account on the quarterly investment date.
New Participants:
To become a participant of the CSPP, eligible CUC customers are required to complete the following process within five (5) business days:
- Identity Verification at McGrath Tonner.
- Arrange payment as outlined in the cspp offering brochure. For payments made by Bank Draft, the customer is requested to complete the digital CSPP Participation Form in person at CUC's Customer Service Centre located in Caribbean Plaza on West Bay Road, providing the details of their payment.
- Fully complete the electronic CSPP Participation Form (within five (5) business days of receipt of the notarized ID Verification). This is an automated form and should be completed and signed within the same interation. Do not save or print the form.
Existing Participants:
Existing and eligible CUC customers who have NOT contributed to their CSPP for a period exceeding two (2) years, will be required to complete all steps listed above in order to continue participating in the CSPP.
For existing and eligible CUC customers who have contributed to their CSPP within the past two (2) years, the following steps are necessary:
- Arrange payment as outlined in the cspp offering brochure. For payments made by Bank Draft, the customer is required to forward the form to service@cuc.ky and complete the digital CSPP Participation Form in person at CUC's Customer Service Centre located in Caribbean Plaza on West Bay Road, providing details of their payment.
- Fully complete the electronic cspp participation form 2 years (within five (5) business days of payment) providing the required banking details and participant's information. This is an automated form and should be completed and signed within the same interaction. Do not save or print the form.
Update Account Information:
For CSPP shareholders, the two (2) steps required to update account information such as the mailing address, e-mail or telephone number(s) are:
- as stated on CUC's Customer Service website page (Updating Account Information)
- followed by completion of CUC's CSPP Update Form.
