Receiving a CUC Bill

Receiving Your CUC Billing Statement:

Customers may provide to CUC their preferred method to receive billing statements. For environmental reasons and to reduce waste, CUC would encourage all customers to choose to receive electronic billing statements. Electronic statements are emailed to customers on the date that the bill was issued.

If a customer elects to receive mailed, paper statements, the printing process will commence on the date that the bill was issued and may take 1-2 business days to complete. Following printing, all paper statements are issued via the Cayman Islands Postal Service. CUC is unable to provide delivery timing or assurances once statements are delivered to the CIPS. Please be advised that delayed or non-receipt of a billing statement does not constitute a release from liability for payment.

Customers may also access copies of their billing statements online if they have signed up for a MyCUC account. Electronic copies of the billing statements are also uploaded to MyCUC on the billing statement date retroactively after sign up. For information on how to set up a My CUC account visit: MyCUC.

If you would like to change your preferred method to receive billing statements, see Update Contact Information and Sign up for E-billing.

If you did not receive your billing statement as expected, please contact the customer service team at service@cuc.ky or live chat
