- Meter testing in accordance with section 10.6 — $250.00
🔌 Disconnect / Reconnect – At Request
- At the meter — $50.00
- At the point of connection (pole, transformer, etc.) — $100.00
🔌 Disconnect / Reconnect – Non‑Payment
- At the meter or metering installation point — $60.00

💳 Return Payment Fees
- Cheque return — $30.00
- Direct Debit return — $30.00
🏗️ Temporary Service Connection
Typical charge: $270.00
- $120.00 refundable customer deposit (refunded once permanent connection is made)

🚫 Meter / Service Tampering
- Tampering fee per occurrence — $500.00
CUC reserves the right to prosecute offenders in accordance with the law.

📝 Customer References
- Customer Reference Letter — $25.00
💼 Finance Charges
A finance charge at Cayman Islands banks’ published prime lending rate + 3% per annum applies to overdue accounts beyond 60 days.

- Minimum finance charge: CI$15.00 per month

👷 Charge‑Out Labour Rates (Normal Working Hours)
- Supervisor — $54.00/hr
- Journeyman Technician (Lineman) — $46.00/hr
- Apprentice — $32.00/hr
After‑hours rates:
- Outside normal hours: 1.5× normal rate
- Sundays & Public Holidays: 2× normal rate
Rates are subject to annual review.
🚚 Equipment Rates
- Bucket Truck — $45.00/hr
- Pole Planting Truck — $50.00/hr
- Pick‑up Truck — $15.00/hr
