A scheduled disconnect/reconnect of service from the distribution transformer or weather head is required where repairs are needed to a meter centre/socket or weather head.
Following repairs, a Building Control electrical inspection will also be required before the service can be reconnected to the grid. Any electrical repair work must be carried out by a licensed electrician, who typically coordinates the process with CUC and Building Control.
