Notice of Delays for Paper Bills - June 2022

As a result of unanticipated supply chain impacts for our critical supplies and equipment, CUC has had delays in producing all paper billing statements to be issued in June 2022 for our customers.  We are working with our suppliers and vendors to resolve this issue, but are unable to guarantee that July statements will not be impacted as well.

If you are a customer who receives your bill through the mail, you may easily obtain your current account balance by calling our automated system.

To check your account balance, please note the following steps:

  1. Call 949-5200.
  2. Press #2 to access CUC’s automated Customer Service System.
  3. Press #1 for account/balance inquiries.
  4. Say or enter your CUC account number and follow the instructions provided.

Your CUC account number is located on the upper-right corner of your billing statements.

If you would like to sign up to receive billing statements via email, we encourage you to complete our Residential or Commercial Customer Information Update Form. Benefits of signing up for eBilling include receiving your statement much faster than through the mail and reducing the environmental impact of producing paper bills.

Please note customers with access to the MyCUC PowerPay portal also have access to PDF copies of their bills.
