MyCUC is an online tool where you can track consumption, view your bills and submit payment with a debit or credit card. MyCUC also provides you the option of setting a primary card to remit payment automatically each month on the date of your choice. For more information visit My CUC (PowerPay) here.
With QuickPay you can make one-time payments with your debit or credit card, without creating an online MyCUC account. This is a great payment options for customers who do not wish to setup a MyCUC account but still want the convenience of paying directly online, or persons who want to pay towards the account of a friend or family member. Please note, reference to the specific CUC account number is a requirement for QuickPay transactions (Customer Name or the physical address will not suffice). By Telephone (Telelink):
To make a payment of access your account balance over the phone, dial 949-5200, and press 2 to access our automated Customer Service system. Then, press 1 and say or enter your CUC account number and follow the recorded instructions to receive the account balance and make a payment. You will be prompted to enter your card details and the amount you want to pay. A receipt will automatically be sent to the email address held on file for the CUC account.
